Assessing N1 disease in a LIGHTHOUSE participant
FINDINGS
- POSLUMA revealed multiple confirmed bone lesions
POSLUMA image interpretation showed positive findings in:
- Intraprostatic-right lobe
- Internal iliac lymph node
- Multiple bone lesions
Standard of truth:
- Bone metastases were verified by CT imaging
- Lymph node metastases could not be verified by histopathology
Patient did not proceed to surgery due to multiple bone lesions revealed by the POSLUMA PET scan.

Diagnosed with unfavorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer at 66 years old
- Gleason score: 4+3
PSA level at scan time: 11.0 ng/mL
TNM stage at study entry: cT2 N0 M0
Patient was a candidate for the LIGHTHOUSE study and received a POSLUMA PET scan in September 2020.
