Assessing N1 disease in a LIGHTHOUSE participant

FINDINGS

  • POSLUMA revealed multiple confirmed bone lesions

POSLUMA image interpretation showed positive findings in:

  • Intraprostatic-right lobe
  • Internal iliac lymph node
  • Multiple bone lesions

Standard of truth:

  • Bone metastases were verified by CT imaging
  • Lymph node metastases could not be verified by histopathology

Patient did not proceed to surgery due to multiple bone lesions revealed by the POSLUMA PET scan.

Diagnosed with unfavorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer at 66 years old

  • Gleason score: 4+3

PSA level at scan time: 11.0 ng/mL

TNM stage at study entry: cT2 N0 M0

Patient was a candidate for the LIGHTHOUSE study and received a POSLUMA PET scan in September 2020.
